Theme: Development of new, more environmentally friendly and health-conscious sprout inhibitors for potatoes

The STOP SPROUT project, led by Agrofield in collaboration with Avanzare and Patatas Santamaría, aims to develop new sprout-inhibiting treatments for potatoes and other tubers based on essential oils. The project seeks to replace the use of DMN with a safer, more sustainable agrochemical derived from natural compounds.
