The avanZNO BAC range of products in a powerful anti- microbial agent, specially formulated to be introduced into plastic, rubber and resin matrices.

These agents are especially designed to eliminate bacteria and fungi in all types of matrices and materials. presenting a very wide spectrum of action against the proliferation of these microorganisms, even introduced inside a plastic matrix.

TDS Application

What do they do differently?

Their special formulation produces a synergistic effect between the biocidal compound and the other elements of the formulation which translates into a more active solution against microorganisms.
This is especially useful for plastic matrices and resins, as the compound does not lose its effect once it is coated by the matrix, unlike other commercially available antimicrobial additives.

Main Characteristics:

Very effective at very low concentration levels, depending on the format.
Available in various formats (liquid, powder, or MB).
They do not migrate to the surface.
Thermally stable up to 455 °F, so it does not lose its properties during the extrusion process.
Certified for independent labs (PFI, AIDIMA….).
