avanUV 37

avanUV37 is a very effective UV protector used for external use on composite materials made of unsaturated polyester and epoxy vinyl ester, also on solid surfaces such as, quartz stone, gel coat, and SMC or BMC, among others.

The current protectors used in the industry have a UV light cutting effect. In the case of avanUV 37, this additive is capable of generating a multi purpose effect by not only having a UV light cutting effect, but also protecting against photooxidation, radicals, and hydrolysis. These effects drastically increase the exterior protection of the material.

avanUV 37 comes in a liquid form that is a light yellowish color and that has been specifically designed to integrate to unsaturated polyester resin.

avanUV 87

avanUV 87 is very effective external UV protector for rubber materials. It works well with BR, NR, SBR, NBR, and EPDM.

The current protectors used in the industry have a UV light cutting effect. In the case of avanUV 87, this additive is capable of generating a multi purpose effect by not only having a UV light cutting effect, but also protecting against photooxidation, radicals, and hydrolysis. The effects drastically increase the exterior protection of the material. These effects drastically increase the exterior protection of the material.

On the other hand avanUV 87 has a very high resistance to extraction in adverse conditions such as constant contact with water. This type of behavior gives the additive a long lasting effect for maximum protection over large areas.

avanUV 87 comes in solid form and is a yellowish color. It is been specifically designed for integration into rubber.

UV Absorber ES

UV Absorber ES is a new protection system for unsaturated polyester resins that increases their resistance to light. The new technology used in these products protects against yellowing and cracking more efficiently than the standard benzophenone and triazine-based protector currently in use.

It contains acceleration aids made of cerium and zinc compounds. UV Absorber ES more selectively increases and directs the reactivity of monomers during the curing of resins with cobalt peroxides and accelerators. These reactions drastically reduce the number of free chromophore groups, which increases the light resistance of the generated polymer.

Solution UV-81

The UV-81/40 solution is yellow and is ready to be added to vinylester resin and unsaturated polyester as UV protective agent.
