Today we are taking another step in that direction with the launch of A-SOLE tech, our new range of exclusive materials designed especially for the footwear industry.

With A-SOLE tech, we want to redefine the way soles are designed and produced, combining technology, performance and versatility to offer solutions that make a difference in areas such as comfort, lightness, safety and durability. This project is the result of the exceptional work of our R&D&I team in collaboration with footwear manufacturers who share our vision for the future.

Each market segment in the footwear industry requires specific properties. That’s why we’ve developed four distinct product lines within A-SOLE tech, each with a tailored formulation designed to meet the needs of every application.

Through the combination of nanotechnology, functional compounds, and advanced development processes, we have created materials that add value at every stage—from shoe design to the end-user experience.

A-comfort is our solution developed for premium and high-comfort footwear. It is an ultra-lightweight, flexible, injectable material with a pleasantly rubbery feel, allowing the production of soles up to three times lighter than those made of rubber or TPU—while maintaining the performance and durability typical of rubber.

Thanks to its excellent coloring capability, A-comfort offers complete design freedom, adapting to the aesthetic and functional needs of each brand. It is the perfect choice for fashion and casual footwear where comfort, lightness, and perceived quality are essential.

In an industrial environment, worker safety is essential. That’s why we developed A-safe, a product line designed for safety footwear that combines the best properties of NBR rubber with the lightweight characteristics of a foamed material. The combination of different high-quality polymers with 2D and 3D carbon-based structures has enabled the creation of a unique material that is easy to process in injection machines used for EVA products.

A-safe is formulated to withstand the most demanding conditions, offering flame-retardant and antistatic properties, as well as resistance to abrasion and hydrocarbons, and excellent compression set performance. This combination of features allows manufacturers to develop products that meet the most stringent standards—without compromising comfort during long working hours.

Lightness, versatility, and performance are the three words that define this material. A-light is our standard expanded EVA model, developed for applications in soles and footwear components that require very low densities without compromising strength or performance.

Thanks to its formulation, it enables the production of flexible, comfortable, and durable soles—ideal for sports, urban, or multipurpose footwear. With A-light, we aim to make every step feel freer.

Finally, A-direct is the product line we developed to optimize direct injection to the upper—a technology that simplifies the manufacturing process and enhances the shoe’s finish. Its formulation is based on a combination of polymers (PVC and NBR), reinforced with additional insertion polymers that provide the properties needed for outstanding performance in every application.

This material offers exceptional adhesion to the upper and a soft, pleasant touch, allowing the creation of soles with flawless, high-quality finishes. Its performance makes it the ideal choice for casual and lifestyle footwear, where design and efficiency are essential to meet the demands of everyday wear.

At Avanzare Group, we firmly believe that the innovation of the future must be sustainable. That’s why, in addition to the four existing A-SOLE tech lines, we are working on the development of a fifth line focused on sustainability.
