A-direct is a new expanded material designed for use in the manufacture of footwear soles produced by direct injection onto the cut.
The material stands out for its low weight (density between 0.6 and 0.8 g/cm³), which translates into greater comfort and lightness with every step. Its excellent abrasion resistance and soft, pleasant touch make it the ideal choice for casual and sports footwear, ensuring performance, durability, and a superior wearing experience.
A-direct Technology
Its formulation is based on an optimized combination of PVC and NBR polymers, along with insertion polymers that provide the desired mechanical and sensory properties. The result is a versatile and well-balanced material that ensures excellent adhesion to the upper, stability, and efficiency in direct injection processes.
